Unicorn Baking Co. is a naturally leavened bakery in Gibsons, BC making bread, treats, sandwiches, coffee, and other good things.

We use simple ingredients, and slow fermentation to make food that tastes the way we think it should.

Everything is made with care, and a slightly unhealthy obsession with flavour.
